Continuing Education Credit
 |
The University
at Buffalo School of Pharmacy is approved by the American
Council on Pharmaceutical Education as a provider of continuing
pharmaceutical education. Each Session is acceptable
for 1 contact hour (0.1 ceu) of continuing pharmaceutical
education credit. Participants must complete and return
the attendance/CE verification and evaluation forms that are
downloaded upon registration for the program(s). At the conclusion
of each continuing education teleconference, a code will be
given for participants to record on the attendance form.
Upon the UB School of Pharmacy's receipt of the completed
attendance and evaluation forms, statements of CE credit will
be mailed within 4-6 weeks. |
Site Registration
This program is suitable for either individuals or groups, who may register
as individuals or as a site. Each unique teleconference location must have
a speaker phone and a means of projecting the Power point slides that will
be provided for each session. This means that teleconference locations need
either an IBM computer or a computer linked to an LCD projector. Computers
used during the sessions will need a CD drive and access to email. Instructions
for printing forms and handouts will also be provided.
Registrants join Teleconferences using an 800 number, at scheduled
times on the dates listed.
Registration closes three weeks before the date of each session, and
may close earlier, as sessions are limited to 40 sites
